These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NotYourMomsMap located at notyourmomsmap.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data at a rate that degrades service for other users.
- Submit false or misleading location data through the suggestion system.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Community Content
Much of the location data, monster stats, and dungeon information displayed on the map is community-submitted and maintained by volunteer contributors. While we make reasonable efforts to verify submissions through our moderation process, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any map data. Information may change as the game is updated.
By submitting data (such as location suggestions or feedback reports), you grant NotYourMomsMap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that data as part of the map.
Intellectual Property
The NotYourMomsMap name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of the site operators. Rise of Agon game assets, names, and related materials are the property of their respective rights holders. This map is a community fan project and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the Rise of Agon development team unless otherwise stated.
Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain, improve, or secure the site. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
Third-Party Services
The Service may include third-party services such as advertising (Google AdSense), analytics, hosting (Netlify), external links (Discord), and open-source libraries (Leaflet.js). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
